At Crowned Beauty Lounge, we handle orders with meticulous care and attention to detail to ensure your utmost satisfaction.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
• All orders can take up to 10 business days to process.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends and during national holidays. If you have a special event, please plan accordingly as we can expedite shipping but not the processing time.
For expedited 1-day shipping, please select USPS® Priority Mail Express® (Overnight) option during checkout.
For the best experience with our raw hair, follow the care instructions included in your package. For any concerns about our products, reach out via email, and our team will assist you promptly.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders received after 3 PM ET will be processed the next business day. We primarily use USPS for shipping and do not ship on U.S. holidays.
Within the U.S., orders typically arrive within 7 business days after processing. International orders usually take around 14 business days for delivery.
For any delays in your order, refer to the provided tracking information in your order confirmation email. Please note that Crowned Beauty Lounge cannot be held responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Please note that shipping updates will be provided via email once the respective processing time has been met. After processing, tracking information for your order(s) will be sent via email.
Shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days. For shipping and delivery updates after your order has been shipped, refer to USPS.
Once USPS has your order, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Contact your local post office for any issues.
Ensure your checkout address is accurate as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect entries. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee.
All address changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase via email.
RETURNS | REFUNDS
If unsatisfied, our store accepts online returns within 14 days from the purchase date. You can get a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value. Please note that items returned after the 14-day window cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original undamaged and clean condition. They should not be opened, used, washed, installed, chemically processed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, or tampered with in any way. Alternatively, we provide store credit for exchanges within 30 days.

To start a return, email returns@crownedbeautylounge.com with your order number. We'll assist in processing your return and provide a complimentary shipping label. Simply package the item and drop it off at your local post office. Upon receipt, expect 3-5 business days for processing. If the return meets criteria, the refund will reflect in your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
